App Name: subs. The name is an abbreviation of the word "subscriptions", as the application is a personal subscription management system.
1. What data we collect
We only collect the following data:
Your Google name and email address, used strictly for secure authentication.
Subscription data you manually enter into the App (e.g. service names, payment amount, start date).
Optional: If you choose to export your data, we request access to your Google Sheets or Google Calendar for the sole purpose of writing your own data there. No additional data is accessed or read.
2. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to:
Log you into the app using your Google account.
Sync and display your subscription data across sessions.
Allow you to export your own data to your connected Google services.
We do not:
Use your data for advertising or analytics.
Share your data with any third parties.
Access your contacts, files, or other personal information.
3. Data storage
Your subscription data is securely stored in Firebase Firestore, tied to your Google ID.
All communication is encrypted.
You may delete your data at any time by contacting us at vladyslav.melnychenko@ukr.net, or using the in-app feature (if available).
4. Permissions and OAuth
This App uses Google OAuth 2.0 to:
Authenticate you via your Google account.
Request write-only access to Google Sheets or Calendar (with your explicit consent) if you choose to export data.
We only request the minimum required scopes and never access or read any other information from your Google account.
